CYNTHIA OGHENERO EMU - Administrative/Legal Manager
Cynthia joined SEGOFS ENERGY SERVICES in 2013 as the Administrative/Legal Manager, responsible for conducting induction of new employees, drafting and verifying contract documents, agreement and MOU, managing personnel records and maintaining HR policies and procedures within the organization.
Prior to SEGOFS ENERGY SERVICES, Cynthia was the Administrative/Legal Manager at MARINE GULF SHIPPING AGENCY LTD in charge of all legal and administrative activities of the company. She has over a decade of legal practice experience while working as Solicitor, Legal Counsel/Adviser for several individuals and corporate organizations.
Following her Diploma in Social Works, she completed her LLB from Delta State University (Nigeria), before proceeding to the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. Since then she has undergone series of intensive trainings on HSE, Human Rights Enforcement Procedures, Corporate Lawyers Practice, Maritime Law, Oil and Gas Policies, etc. She is a member, Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and Human Rights Committee.
